What size should I order?

Go with your normal underwear size. If you're between sizes or want extra room, size up one.

Check the size guide on the product page for exact measurements.

Wrong size? No problem - we'll send you a replacement free. Just email us.


How much liquid does it hold?

Shield boxers absorb up to 12 oz (350 ml) - that's about 2.5 cups. Enough for light to moderate leaks throughout the day or night.

Our FluidDry™ technology locks moisture away from your skin and neutralizes odors, keeping you dry and comfortable for 12+ hours.


Are they washable and reusable?

Yes. Machine wash in cold water, air dry. No bleach or fabric softener.

With proper care, Shield boxers last 2+ years of daily use.


How do I wash them?

Easy. Follow these steps to make your Shield boxers last:

  1. Rinse in cold water first to remove excess fluid
  2. Wash on gentle cycle (cold water, max 86°F) with mild detergent
  3. Air dry - no dryer (heat damages the waterproof layer)
  4. Don't use bleach or fabric softener

That's it. They'll be ready to wear again.


How long can I wear them?

Shield boxers protect for up to 12 hours. Most guys wear them all day or all night without issues.

For heavier leaks, change when you start feeling moisture. Listen to your body.


Do I need to wear a pad inside?

No. Shield is designed to replace disposable pads completely.

My tracking hasn't updated - is that normal?

Yes, it can take 24-48 hours after shipping for tracking to show movement.

Some carriers don't scan immediately, but your order is still on its way.

No updates for 3-4 days? Email us and we'll check with the carrier.


It says "delivered" but I don't have it

Check these spots first:

  • Front/back porch, mailbox, garage
  • With neighbors or building manager
  • Sometimes marked "delivered" a few hours early

Still can't find it? Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit?

Absolutely. First size exchange is free - just email us within 30 days.

Keep the original pair (no need to send it back). We'll ship your new size right away.

This applies to your first order only.


Are exchanges really free?

Yes. We cover shipping for your first size exchange.

We want you to find the perfect fit without paying twice.


How do I return a product?

Email support@shieldunderwear.com within 14 days of delivery.

Important: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can't accept used or washed items.


What's your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items for a full refund.

Because these are intimate garments, we can only accept items in original, unused condition.

MANAGE MY ORDER – Update, Edit, or Cancel

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it. Email us ASAP at support@shieldunderwear.com with:

  • Order number
  • Wrong address
  • Correct new address

Already shipped? Contact the carrier directly using your tracking link. We can't change it once it's in transit.

If the package returns to us as "undeliverable," contact us and we'll reship it.

Note: Shield isn't responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses if you provided wrong info.


Can I modify my order?

Maybe - if it hasn't shipped yet.

Email support@shieldunderwear.com right away with:

  • Order number
  • What you want to change

Our warehouse works fast, so we might not catch it in time. If we can't modify it, you can return items once they arrive.


Can I cancel my order?

Email us immediately at support@shieldunderwear.com with your order number.

  • Once shipped or in final prep, we can't cancel
  • If we catch it early enough, we'll stop it
  • If not, you can return items when they arrive
